2. Content determination: according to high performance liquid chromatography (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition Appendix VI D) determination
Chromatographic conditions: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filler, (250*4.6mm*5.0μm); With Acetonitrile:Water (Ph=2.5 trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution) = 50:50 was the mobile phase; The detection wavelength was 258nm. Flow rate: 0.5ml/min; The number of theoretical plates should not be less than 2000 according to the main peak of HOBt.
Determination method: Take this product, make acetonitrile solution containing HOBt 20μg in every 1ml, as the test product solution Liquid. 10μl of the test solution was injected into the chromatograph, and the chromatogram was recorded to 2 times the retention time of the principal component peak.
Results: The HOBt was not less than 99.0% by area normalization method.
3. Melting point: according to the method of melting point determination (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition Appendix VIIC) determined according to law.
