Undecanedioic Acid (UDDA) (CAS: 1852-04-6), is dibasic acids which is a family of organic compounds, also known as ‘long-chain dicarboxylic acids’. Undecanedioic Acid is an alpha, omega-dicarboxylic acid that is nonane with two carboxylic acid groups at positions C-1 and C-9. Undecanedioic Acid is an important industrial product developed earlier in the long-chain dibasic acid. It is a conjugate acid of an undecanedioic acid anion. It has recommended applications in flexibilizer for nylon engineering plastics and fibers, polyester films and hot melt adhesives, urethane elastomers and elastomeric fibers, lubricant basestocks and greases, polyester and polyamide fibers, wire-coating, molding resins, polyamide hot melts; used in the synthesis of macrocyclic fragrances; corrosion inhibitors, high performance polyamides/nylon, metal-working fluid, lubircant, powder coating, used to synthesize polymer materials, medicines, etc. and more. It is the raw material for the synthesis of long carbon chain dibasic acid dibasic esters of high-performance lubricants with special performance requirements, and the synthesis of high-performance polyamide hot-melt adhesive polycondensation monomers, as well as polycondensation monomers. Monomer and diamine undergo polycondensation reaction to synthesize long-carbon chain nylon 1111, etc., which are used in many fields. Undecanedioic Acid is the main raw material for synthesizing nylon 1011, 611, 1111, etc.
